I am Archana Singhal, a qualified counsellor, family therapist, educator, and yoga coach based in Delhi. Associated with the National Psychological Wellbeing Council and the Counsellor Council of India, I bring professionalism, empathy, and experience to every session. I specialize in treating anxiety, stress, PTSD, mild depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, marital concerns, life transitions, low mood, and postpartum stress. My approach is a blend of psychological counselling, emotional support, and mindfulness practices. I offer online counselling globally and offline consultations for clients in Delhi. Whether you’re struggling silently or seeking clarity, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to help you heal and grow.
